To this end, MindFunk is positioned as an interactive audio marketing agency with a solid background in branding and target marketing.
The Internet and New Media has been MindFunk’s focal point since 1995 when we were employed by the US. Public Broadcasting Service to pioneer the way that audio was delivered on various new media platforms including; CDi & CD ROM games, DVDs and Internet Audio. By 1997, MindFunk redirected this knowledge to fill a growing need in the advertising industry to provide audio for rich media campaigns, both web-based and physical (CD Rom and DVD).
Our experience and specialization producing audio for Flash based interactive campaigns is unsurpassed. When we started in the industry, the Internet was accessible via 14.4 modems and MP3 audio did not yet exist. MindFunk has come a long way since then. Our studio is outfitted with the latest digital technology as well as an abundance of vintage, analogue gear to make any production shine.
To complete each interactive audio experience, we employ an analytical mastering process, which is crucial, given the limitations in bandwidth requiring differing compression schemes, end user systems and diverse target platforms with which clients wish to present their multimedia experience. Nothing leaves our studio until it has been mastered and optimized to sound its best on high end studio monitors, laptops, low end computer speakers and mobile devices.
